Our TGE-121 pushbutton device can be adapted to numerous specific requirements in just a few steps. The transmitter comes with 25 single-step pushbuttons. The signals from the pushbuttons on the front panel can be transmitted in accordance with Cat. 3 PLd. A freely programmable 2.8“ colour graphic display is available on request and can be programmed via Qt. The programming can be carried out either by the customer or by ARCON. If required, a non-contact safety switch (PSEN) can be integrated in the bottom housing, with the wall mount serving as the counterpart. In conjunction with the optional cable control, the transmitter can be charged during operation.

Maximum flexibility for individual requirements

The TGE-121 was developed for applications that require a high number of inputs and maximum customisability. With a total of 25 single-stage pushbuttons - 21 of which are up to Cat. 3 PLe / SIL3 - the device is ideal for complex control tasks. The individual labelling of each button and the clear button arrangement enable intuitive and safe operation, even for demanding processes or in safety-critical areas.

Extended functions for more control

In addition to the button input, the TGE-121 offers a variety of optional functions that increase ease of use and the range of applications. These include a 2.8" colour graphic display with free programmability (Qt), RGB status LEDs, brightness sensor and optionally integrated operating elements such as rotary switches, toggle switches or potentiometers. The non-contact safety switch (PSEN), integrated in the lower part of the housing, in combination with the wall mount, enables secure log-on of the device. 
A vibration alarm provides additional haptic feedback during operation.

Robust design meets mobile usability

Thanks to its IP65-certified housing, robust design and wireless range of over 100 metres, the TGE-121 is ideal for use in harsh industrial environments - from conveyor technology to mobile machines and intralogistics. The integrated Li-Ion battery technology allows up to 10 hours of operation, and the device can be recharged during operation using the optional cable control. Flexible carrying options such as a magnetic holder, FIDLOCK belt clip or shoulder strap round off the sophisticated operating concept.
